Description
The ensemble is a fusion of 3 heritage sustainable textiles. Top material of kalamkari with natural dyes in pure handwoven cotton and the stole a unique design of pure Tussar silk and Khun. The body of the stole is natural beige kora tussar silk and the base of the stole has an iridiscent royal blue with a hint of black khun jacquard weave silk fabric with a red and yellow chikki paras border. The combination is unique and striking to say the least. When draped, the tussar silk flows softly with a slubby handfeel and the silky smooth Khun fabric provides a break and an elegant contrast. The exotic stole is finished with pretty colorful handmade tassels.
Pair the stole with floral kalamkari prints that you can make into a skirt, a dress or a kurta. We would be happy to design and make the dress for you at a nominal extra charge.
